Sony pulls the plug on Cassette Walkman in Japan, makes epic mixtape

A Cassette Walkman to agree nothing more than a mysterious artifact may now but for those under a certain age was the gadget of the day. Oh, it has long been surpassed by other, more portable audio players, the art of replaced the mixtape with "Playlists", and it looks like Sony now accepted the inevitable. The company allegedly stopped production all Cassette Walkman and sale in Japan, stops once the current inventory expires is expected sometime (done in April). It establishes apparently still has his Sony-branded Walkman in China, however, although you are not clear how widely available. Sharp's ultraslim BD AV70 Blu-ray / BDXL player beat Japan soon for about a Grand

Looks like the world now a ship date and price, although probably not keen on either. The real kicker, however, is the price-¥ 85,000 ($1.047 based on today's exchange rate), we are guess that only a handful can afford individuals, this thing give the time of day. And that, friends, is a modern day travesty.
