Toshiba Regza GL1 3D preview: no frills, no glasses, some problems (video)

By Ross Miller posted October 5th 2010 8: 24 AM it is with some surprise that we pen, finger, key to screen, praise for a 3D display-- especially one that is free of glasses (the staff is still a bit divided on Nintendo's 3DS-Bildschirm).) But here we go. Toshiba's 20 Regza 20GL1 3D was set on the one hand on the CEATEC and it actually is a number we could comfortably just for a given period of time to see. Viewing angle are not too shabby, which deflect refresh rate not visible or inherently cause headaches and with 720 p, you can actually get a nice picture. The 56-inch concept conjured a worthy image as well, but then again, it caused a prototype with no immediate purpose as a participant is awe at this point. If we would blame, say, seeing the display where you two different perspectives angle (pictured) above for an example are too wide, which means that you really be careful where you can sit on the couch when you should buy something like this for your den.

Hand a notebook which cut nicht.vielleicht is simple at this point was just too early in the development, but what saw was had minimal depth and unfortunately low / perceived refresh rate; if the video loop was playing which UI switched, it saw Windows 7, grainy and extremely difficult lesen-- certainly an ad tries to the side effect, the permanent 3D use in 2D mode to be used for.

Leaves that makes us to talk, 12 12GL1 and what we can explicitly others a disappointment?466 X 350-resolution (Yes, that is smaller than standard definition) is simply awful lose, the 3D effect slightly move left or right, depth is not pronounced and medium-fast to speed footage just doesn't work. For all the warm yet cautious approval we give the 20GL1, his little brother is easy… ¥ 240.000 for 20 is quite the black sheep especially when ¥ 120,000 ($ 1,443) a bargain, but at least you get screen a quality and for once you need additional eyewear, taken it to genießen.Dezidiert two-dimensional snapshots and video, which is an almost stockdunkel showroom from below (i.e. very not optimal).
