T-Mobile G2 WiFi begins calling and tethering today update rollout?

By Thomas Ricker 2010 posted Nov 3rd 2: 57 pm get ready G2 owner, because it looks like an OTA update distribution on November starts 3rd (Yes) which today is flip the switch on WiFi tethering and T-Mobile's Wi-Fi calling for Android feature. The expected update enables G2 owners voices make phone calls and SMS messages from WiFi to conserve your monthly contractual network allocation networks to send, without a femtocell-something that could be at home very beneficial. There is also WiFi hotspot tethering (a native part of the Android OS 2.2 Froyo), although data plans have not T Mobile ready at the same time. In other words, enjoy your free WiFi tethering while it lasts.

By Paul Miller 2010 posted October 13th 12: 24 PM we still not sure what is los but is T-Mobile with the few reports of G2s OTA updates that add WiFi incoming and native hotspot support to get up to you only nor fessing. Phone said in a statement issued scoop T-Mobile that these features "currently supported on the handset" Although T Mobile happily added that it "knows these features are important for consumers and we are working to provide users in the future to G2." It's hard to say if that means just a few minutes to remove an update from the distribution or if we still over weeks or months to wait until these functions. Familiar story?
